Cardio- (1 minute each)

  • High Knees
  • Jump rope
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Fast feet
  • Burpees

Biceps (32 counts of each)

  • Bicep curls
  • W curls
  • Shoulder Press
  • Rotator pulses

Squats (32 counts of each)

  • Parallel squats
  • Sumo squats
  • Frog squats
  • Right leg lung
  • Left leg lung

Abs (16 count each)

  • Pikes to plank
  • Plank with hip dips
  • Push ups
  • Plank hold
  • Shoulder taps
  • Plank hold
  • Push ups
